A very small batch brewery. A single Barrel nano brewery based in West Lancashire. I loved the whole brewing process and in order to do more of it, I had to start selling the product rather than trying to drink it all.The equipment used is a tiny pilot system and a traditional 3 vessel 1BBL system. Wherever possible local suppliers will be used and hopefully there will be enough local interest to keep the millage down to a minimum.

Well after a large chunk of time getting another family project up and running I'm hopefully getting things back underway....

Time to get brewing I guess!
